We are privileged to work with large corporations, government entities, sovereign wealth funds, and high growth companies. Our client portfolio includes senior leaders from prominent organisations such as KPMG, HSBC, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Mubadala, Accor, G42, Roche, Visa, Etihad Airways, and the Investment Corporation of Dubai.
His own path to becoming a transformational coach was shaped by a profound personal shift. Experiencing what many would call a midlife crisis, David made the bold decision to drop everything, leave his established corporate trajectory, and move to Rio de Janeiro. This pivotal unstuck moment, which he details at the conclusion of his forthcoming book, provided him with the firsthand psychological insight required to help other senior leaders navigate their own massive career and life transitions.
When delivering individual coaching for executives, our approach relies on three foundational pillars that separate our work from traditional advisory.
To achieve this depth, we integrate four distinct disciplines:
| Advisory Approach | Primary Focus Area | Key Commercial Benefit |
| Generic Advisory | Surface level metrics and tactical accountability | Short term operational adjustments |
| Traditional Therapy | Past trauma and historical emotional healing | Personal psychological resolution |
| Transformational Executive Coaching | Conscious intention aligned with subconscious drivers | Sustainable behavioural transformation and scale |
While our practice is deeply rooted in enterprise leadership, we are increasingly passionate about supporting startup founders in the Middle East. Many founders are technically brilliant, but they are navigating complex leadership and scaling challenges for the very first time.
Looking ahead, we believe that as artificial intelligence and automation expand, the future of leadership will shift entirely. It will shift because technical expertise will be commoditised, forcing leaders to rely heavily on human capabilities such as emotional intelligence, judgment, and relational strength. Leadership will ultimately be less about knowing more, and far more about being more.
When working with executive teams, our role as a leadership facilitator is fundamentally different from one-on-one executive coaching. We do not deliver generic corporate lectures. Instead, we design experiential offsites and workshops that address systemic culture and collaborative friction.
We move teams beyond artificial harmony toward genuine alignment — surfacing hidden tensions constructively so your leadership team can make clearer, more cohesive strategic decisions. Our sessions are built around experiential learning: structured check-ins, clear agreements, breakout work, real-time scenarios, and practical commitments that translate into day-to-day leadership behaviours.
We map decision-making dynamics, influence patterns, and informal hierarchies within your leadership ecosystem to reduce silos and strengthen enterprise-wide trust. This includes identifying team toxins, recurring friction points, and the unspoken rules that shape collaboration — then redesigning how the team communicates, challenges, and aligns under pressure.
We utilise globally recognised methodologies, including the Leadership Circle Profile and Barrett Values Centre assessments, to objectively evaluate how executives think, lead, and interact under pressure, while also uncovering the values driving behaviour and cultural alignment across the organisation. Where helpful, we incorporate leadership competency mapping, trust and communication diagnostics, and inclusion lenses to make patterns visible and actionable.
Beyond insight, we build capability in leadership, conflict navigation, high-stakes communication, and the ability to stay grounded when stakes rise. We draw on behavioural science to help teams understand triggers and reactivity, shift from reactive to creative leadership states, and embed new ways of working that hold when it matters most.
Executive coaching is a confidential and strategic partnership designed to help senior leaders improve decision making, enhance their organisational influence, and align their internal psychology with their external business goals.
Senior leaders hire a coach because the isolation at the top of an organisation limits their access to honest and objective feedback. This isolation matters because it often creates echo chambers where cognitive biases go unchallenged. A coach provides a psychologically intelligent sounding board to test high stakes strategies safely.
A leadership facilitator designs experiential group sessions for executive teams. We use this approach because traditional corporate training is often passive and quickly forgotten. Facilitation actively surfaces unspoken conflicts and builds genuine alignment to move teams out of artificial harmony.
The most effective executive coaching for senior executive leaders is not merely tactical advice or basic accountability. It is a psychologically intelligent, commercially grounded partnership that integrates neuroscience with business strategy. By aligning deep inner work with sustainable outer impact, we ensure that senior leaders and founders can navigate complex environments with absolute clarity, resilience, and leadership.
If you are a senior leader navigating complexity, and you are ready to explore the psychology of your own performance, we invite you to begin a conversation.
