How does a leadership skills test work?

Most validated tests work via a survey mechanism. You (the leader) answer questions about your own behaviour, while a group of “evaluators” (colleagues) answer the same questions about you. The system then aggregates this data to produce a profile report, protecting the anonymity of the respondents while revealing clear patterns in your leadership style.
